The Problem: How to get Subaru engine to mate with VW Bus transmission?
The Solution (in pictures ... not
pictured: VW style studs which were included in the kit but I forgot
to take a picture of them)!
Pros:
- Least expensive of all that I could find available.
- Others considered are available from Kennedy Engineered Products
and Outback Motorsports
which are both highly reccomended by Subaru buggy owners.
- I have purchased a wiring diagram from Kennedy engineering and
plan to purchase a shortened oil pan and other accessories for Outback.
- Extremely High Quality!
- Easy installation.
- No tech support needed but direct telephone number provided.
- Looks great! Much better than the engine and the transmission
that it joins!
- Kit includes everything needed, including nice plate to cover the
opening at the bottom of the flywheel!
